Refund Policy

At Stylespak, we care about our customers and want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Returns are not applicable on items that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer. Certain items such as intimate wear, undergarments, and sale/discounted items are non-returnable due to hygiene and clearance policies.

Return Process
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp (+92 309 4044520) or email (stylespak11@gmail.com) within the return period. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected for eligibility.

Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (or store credit, if preferred). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within the 7-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you may still request a return after delivery.
